What happens when you delete your account?
Under Google Play Console & Apple Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), your account and sensitive identifiers are purged upon request.
Permanently Deleted Within 30 Days
- Personal identifiers (Name, Email, Verified Phone)
- Saved favorite places, home/work addresses
- Active mobile sessions & authentication tokens
- FCM push notification device tokens
- Uploaded profile photos and document copies
Statutory Retention (Anonymized)
- Past trip invoices & receipts (statutory tax compliance)
- Financial ledger records and settlement logs
- Records are stripped of identity (assigned to "Deleted User")
- Retained strictly for tax audit regulations (7 years)

To protect user security and prevent unauthorized deletions, an SMS OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for identity verification.
