1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Cabture platform, passenger app, driver partner app, or admin dispatch tools, you agree to comply with our terms and operational policies.
2. Driver Partner Obligations
Driver partners must maintain a valid driving licence, vehicle registration, active insurance, and follow city traffic laws at all times.
3. Floating Cash & Wallet Payouts
Cash collected from passengers must be kept within assigned floating cash limits. Cashouts to bank accounts are processed upon admin verification of settlement requests.
